Imposing building with extremely high ceilings, resulting in a great, cathedral-like feeling of space. Heating is still in the wood-burning fireplace. A successful mix of modern and homely ambience. The service was very attentive and friendly. The wine list knows how to convince with high quality wines. The Johannishof 2014 Cuvee is particularly recommended. The main courses were excellent in taste. We have rarely eaten so well. In terms of price, it is located in the upper middle range, but due to the impeccable quality, one can still speak of a good price-performance ratio. We were extremely pleasantly surprised and would love to come back.

Were in the tavern for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised. You can definitely recommend it, the potato rösti was slightly dry but everything else was really good!

The food was very good throughout. The prices were reasonable. The service was friendly. The guest room is modern but a bit cool. A little bit of green on the table would fit well. The slightly louder jazz music could have been running all the time, not even in the evening. Before I found it very quiet and a bit noisy when you talked. Overall, a great place to use opposite the trail and then stop.

We have appreciated the tavern for a long time. Both for the palate, as well as for the special atmosphere - worth every visit anew. The whole family was satisfied and everyone found the dishes to be enjoyable. The service contributed to his part, the young waitress was very accommodating and looked after all of us sincerely. An all-round successful day! Until the days, we'll be back, no question! 😉

Great location, great ambience, eclectic drinks and menu and super friendly service. There were five of us and each dish was an eye and culinary delight.

The food is delicious. You can sit outside, under large parasols it is pleasant even in summer. The portions are ok. The prices are in the upper price range. The service is ok. The quality of the products used is very good and you can taste it.
